"Daniela Melendez is extremely rude and unprofessional, I sent tons of emails and pictures confirming my VIN number and she refused to update my policy with the correct information overcharging me on my policy. Whenever I call she hangs up or refuses to answer. I canceled my policy with this office after continuing unprofessional. I’ve provided a signed letter to cancel my policy and Daniela continues to harass me. I wouldn’t refer her to anyone. This office is completely unethical. I have filed my complaint with the department of insurance and State Farm corporate and awaiting response. I did want to warn anyone this review."

"Daniela Melendez is the most unprofessional person to ever encounter, she is rude and never does her job. This office is completely unethical. I am filing a complaint with the BBB against this State Farm office as well as reaching out to corporate. This office went months without updating my VIN number on my policy and overcharged me for the wrong vehicle as well as illegally billed me when I canceled my policy with them months ago. I have provided the signed document requesting to cancel my policy with this office. Daniela is unethical and If you are reading this review I highly encourage doing business with another insurance company. I have also filed my complaint with the department of insurance."
